1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Municipal Forests Of The City Of Słupsk, I.E. The Southern Forest And The Northern Forest, Classified As Protective Forests Based On The Simplified Municipal Forest Management Plan Of The Municipality Of Słupsk And Applies To Both Wood Harvesting, Breeding, Care, Forest Protection And Cleaning Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Forest Areas Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City With A Total Area Of 146.66 Ha: 1) Southern Forest - A Wooded Area Located In The Southern Part Of The City, Along Arciszewskiego Street (On The Left And Right Side Of The Street), 2) Northern Forest – Area Located In The Northern Part Of The City, In The Area Of Madalińskiego Street, Next To The 650-Lecia Stadium.3. The Southern Forest And The Northern Forest Are A Recreation And Relaxation Area For The Inhabitants Of Słupsk. Their Advantages Include A Rich Forest Stand (Pine Trees, Spruces, Birches, Beeches, Oaks), Permanent Bonfire Places, Places For Camping And Physical Games, Walking Paths, Roads And Parking Lots. There Are Benches And Baskets In The Forest Area. There Are 4 Ponds In The Southern Forest.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Cutting Of Felling And Pre-Final Cutting In The Amount Of 1,600 M3, Including: A) Cutting Type Ia And Iiib, B) Early Thinning, C) Late Thinning, D) Sanitary Cutting, I.E. Removal Of Trees Attacked By Pests Primary And Secondary, Removal Of Falls And Windfalls, Snowfall, Drywood And Deadwood, The Estimated Weight Of Timber To Be Obtained Is 1,600 M3, Skidding, Stacking, Disposal Of Branches And Clearing The Area After Felling Of All Residues. Sanitary Cutting Also Includes The Designation Of Trees To Be Removed Together With The Employers Employee - A Forest Specialist. 2) Artificial Forest Regeneration On A Total Area Of 3.00 Ha By Planting An Average Of 5,000 Pcs/Ha Of Seedlings Specified In The Current Simplified Forest Management Plan, In Accordance With The Type Forest Habitat, Including: A) Forest Agromelioration - Soil Preparation, B) Purchase Of Plant Material, C) Planting Perennials, 3) Introducing Corrections And Additions Together With The Purchase Of Plant Material (Perennials) On Improved Old Plates In The Amount Of: A) After 1 Year From Time Of Planting On 30% Of The Renovated Area - 1.00 Hab) In The Next Period After Planting On 15% Of The Renovated Area - 0.45 Ha4) Caring For Crops And Young Stands By: A) Mowing Weeds In Crops, In Rows And Between Rows Twice In Each Year (June - August) From The Time Of Planting, I.E.: On An Area Of 4.00 Ha - 4 Times (Existing Crops), A Total Of 16.00 Ha, On An Area Of 1.50 Ha - 4 Times (Established In 2025), In Total 6.00 Ha, On An Area Of 1.50 Ha - 2 Times (Established In 2026), A Total Of 3.00 Ha, B) Early Cleaning Consisting Of Removing Unnecessary, Diseased Seedlings And Inhibiting The Growth Of Trees That Develop Poorly
