Provision Of Trolley Mounted Transformer And Dg Set 60 Kv Trolley Mounted At Kanasar Mil Stn - Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 1000 KVA outdoor/indoor type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC with oil immersed naturally cooled, delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbal DY-II with neutralbrought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of± 2 ½ %,± 5% and± 7 ½ % to be changed by mean of hand operated over load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335, and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-2026, the transformer should be fixed with cable box on LT side and brass cable gland HV bushings, oil temprature gauge 100mm dia dial type dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator explosion vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, extra bushing to restore out side cable box for providing independent earthings and neutral fittings, lugs and two earthing terminal and all other standard accessories complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 1000 KVA transformer, LT feeder pillar box along with HT/LT cable complete with "I" - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appended below:-(a) Fabrication of chasis of movable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base plate of size 3mx2.6mx1.25m (LWH) welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channel of size 100x50x6mm of length 3 RM - 02 Nos and of same size for length 2.6 mtr- 04 No along with 04 Nos outer cover with tube inner including rubber flap of size 7.50, 16 ply with steel rim of load capacity 6.0 Tonne and heavy duty excel of suitable size of suitable length mtr - 02 Nos for 4 wheels, eye hook provision for transporting trolly with the help of tractor or other vehicles from one place to another place and four column or pillers for standing the trolly free from wheels. 3 (Description of serial item No. 2.00 contd....)(b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS plate of size 6mm thick duly welded all around the base platform of trolley of height 1.25 meter, base frame made out of angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and vertical supports 40x40x6mm (2 end supports and 2 middle supports in each direction and to be provided all around) including wire mesh of size 10SWG and height of 1.0m fixed with MS flat iron of size 25mmx4mm with suitable size of nuts bolts and washers including Provn of door opening at rear of the trolley of size 2.6mx1.0m using angle iron of size 40x40x6mm including locking arrangment and suitable steps for eoeration & maintenance purpose, hinges, welding etc complete with back open-able shutter duly hinged (heavy duty). 4 (Description of serial item No. 2.00 contd....)(c) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channels/base plate/tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of syenthetic enamel paints (Light grey) shade over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel sufraces complete all as specified ad directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) Transformershall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangment for mounting transformer and LT panel shall be made as per manufacturers"s instructions.(ii) Design of trolley must be as per technical specification attached complete all as specified and directed.(iii) Contractor must submit drawing and technical details of trolley before placing the orders complete all as specified and directed.(iv) The technical specifications of trolley not specified above but required can be referred from the technical specifications attached here-in-after in particular specification. 5 Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) fixed in poles/trolly mounted transformer complete all as specified & as directed. 6 Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 400 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) fixed in poles/trolly mounted transformer complete all as specified & as directed. 7 M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed. 8 M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as specified & as directed. 9 Supply and fixing copper strip of size 32mm x 6mm thick, both side including drilling, bending, nuts, bolts and washers 04 Nos of appropriate size to transformer (hole size as per neutral terminal of the transformer) complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Supply and fixing aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3mm thick, as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS-15652-2006, (superseding IS-5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS-15652-2006, (superseding IS-5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F double compression Brass cable gland (IP-66) for fixing armoured cable in panel of size 3.5 core 240 Sqmm to 300 Sqmmcomplete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply , Install, Commissioning , and testing diesel engine driving generating set 58.5 KVA/ 46.8 KW output 415 volts AC ,3 phase 4 wire complete with integral acoustic sound proof (CPCB IV+ complaint) within built of control pollution control board norms and control panel of the following:-(a) Diesel Engine:- Diesel Engine shall be water cooled, Multi cylinder in-line and maximum out put (BHP) as per manufacturer specification,1500 rpm suitable to run 58.5 KVA Alternator with standard accessories such as start / stop switch, self starting system, battery charging system with battery 12 volt, 88 AH ( dry and charged), oil temp gauge, rpm meter, hours meter, water temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, ammeter, high coolant temp gauge mounted on common base frame with silencer accessories and MS fuel tank for 12 hours continuous running fuel capacity built-in- the accoustic enclosure with vibration pads complete.(b) Alternator:- Alternator assembly, brushless, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz 3 phase, 4 wire type, confirming to BS5000/IS-4722 as per latest IS, rated, for continuous output of 58.5 KVA / 46.8 KW, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM insulation class "H" enclosure SPDP(IP 23) , self exiting and self regulated with AVR for +/- 1% voltage regulation coupled directly with prime mover with flexible coupling . (Note :-The Alternator is capable of developing rated output & able to take 10% overload for one hour at every 12 hrs of operation.) 15 (Description of serial item No. 12.00 contd....)(c) Accoustic enclosure :- Accoustic enclosure should be made up of 1.2 mm Thick CRCA sheets and structural / sheet metal ,base frame . The walls of the enclosure shall be insulated with fire retardant foam so as to comply with the norms of 75 dBA at 1 mtr sound levels specified as per latest CPCB (testing as per ISO 8528). The enclosure should have following features.(i) Compact, modular construction and sleek design with low noise level 75 dBA, at a distance of 1 Meter from Canopy in free field conditions.(ii) Soundproof, weather-proof and environment friendly silent set.(iii) Steel outer construction with 1.2mm CRCA sheet with heavy-duty fabricated base frame and inbuilt fuel tank.(iv) Illumination arrangement inside the canopy.(v) Four point lifting for easy handling.(vi) CRCA should be powder coated with UV resistant power coating.(vii) Fuel filling point inside canopy. 16 (Description of serial item No. 12.00 contd....)(d) Control Panel (AMF Panel) :-(i) Automatic main faliure contactor based of suitable cap, Control Panel fabricated out of sheet steel angle, iron structure, acid treated for anti-corrosion, floor mounting, cubicle pattern, powder coated dust and vermin proof, complete with internal wiring and with the followings:(ii) 1 x Genset Controller – Procom/ Depse(iii) 3 x Current Transformers of suitable rating – Kappa / Std.(iv) 2 x Indicating lamps “SET ON” / “LOAD ON”(v) 1 set TPN bus links from incoming and outgoing cable termination(vi) Digital combined volt , Amp, KW and Frequency meter(vii) 2 x Earth Studs(e) Material and Labour for making PCC Foundation of DG set size as per manufacture recommendation.Note :- (i) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy.(ii) First filling of engine oil and fuel, coolant should be arranged by the contractor for testing of DG Set.(iii) Engine, alternator test certificate and warranty certificate shall be provided by the contractor.(iv) Engine operator / maintenance & spare manual shall be given to department.(v)OEM certificate shall be given by the contractor.(vi) Tools of DG set shall be supplied by the contractor. 17 M&L for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 58.5 KVA DG Set, Feeder pillar box along with LT cable complete with "I" - 01 Nos for 02 Nos Wheels, eye hook provision for transporting trolly with the help of tractor/other vehicles from one place to another place and four column/pillers for standing the trolly free from wheels. 18 (Description of serial item No. 13.00 contd....)(b) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channels/base plate/tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of syenthetic enamel paints (olive green) shade over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel sufraces complete all as specified ad directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) DG Set shall be mounted on the trolley as such necessary arrangment for mounting DG set and LT panel shall be made as per manufacturers"s instructions.(ii) Design of trolley must be as per technical specification attached complete all as specified and directed.(iii) Contractor must submit drawing and technical details of trolley before placing the orders complete all as specified and directed.(iv) The technical specifications of trolley not specified above but required can be referred from the technical specifications attached here-in-after in particular specification. 19 Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.(ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured. 23 M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened,bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions. 25 M&L for cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for oudoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm complete all as specified & as directed. 26 M&L for Earthing to Transformer/ equipments/ panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 27 Supply, installing, commissioning and testing LT panel board (otdoor type) cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust and vermin proof and angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm, pedestal frame grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 20mm graded stone aggregated thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands.
