Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 29 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO norms including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 30 Fixing ofP.G. Clamps as per RESPO norms 31 Fixing of Danger Boards With clmap (shock Proof, Rust Proofs) on Poles as per RESPO norms. 32 Fixing of Number plates on Poles as per RESPO norms. 33 Filling of 11KV 3x120 sqmm Indoor/Outdoor Jointing Kit and making connection as per direction of supervising engineer. 34 Installation & Commissoning of 11 KV O/G VCB STEL Make 400/200/5A proper alignment and direction and jointing of earthing strips with help of gas welding and making cable connection including shifting dragging with all other associated works. 35 Water Level Earthing of 11 KV VCB as per RESPO Norms or Direction by supervising Engineer. 36 Fixing of Stone Pad as per RESPO Manual Labour, T &P and carriageetcand other associated works to complete the work. All work shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. 37 Laying of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE cable (Double Circuit i.e (50+70)x2=240 Mtr)by drill machine/H.D.D. Machine including the cost of arrangment of labour, T&P & Drill mchine/H.D.D. machine at a depth of 1.0 mtr. Below the ground level. 38 Laying of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE cable in trenchwith making loop (at a distance of approx. 4 mtr.) laying of bricks (18 nos. in one meter), filling of sand in trench then laying earth and its levelling and rammuring etc., complete work as RESPO norms. 39 Hoisting and Stringing 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE overhead cable with 6 Dia G.I. Pipe includes unroling cutting / megaring & sealing both ends as per Norms. 40 Installation of D.O. Fuse set as per Site requirment and RESPO Norms. 41 Fixing of 11 KV CT-PT Metering Pole Mounting Unit as per RESPO Manual Labour, T &P and carriageetcand other associated works to complete the work. All work shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. 42 Fixing of TPMO on Double Poles as per Site requirment and RESPO Norms. 43 Guarding of HT/LT line by laying, stringing, sagging and binding of 2 Nos. parallel GI wire 6 SWG after providing, fabrication and fixing of guarding angle and fabrication and fixing of X-guards (Tillis) of GI wire at distance of 3 Mtr. including the cost of arrangement of abour, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. 44 Painting of STP 11 Mtr. (115 Nos.Poles) with single coat of red oxide primer and Double coat of Aluminium paint. as per RESPO norms. All required material including arrangment of labour shall be born by contractor at his own cost. 45 Installation of 11 KV Pilfer Proof Metering Cubical & Making connection as per RESPO Norms or Direction by supervising Engineer.
