Work for rewinding & overhauling of cooling fans of transformers, replacement of gaskets in marshalling boxes alongwith other associated worksat220 KV substation Gonda under Electricity Trans. Division Gonda- 1 Rewinding of 3 phase 440 volt, 0.5 HP capacity cooling fans of power transformers. The work includes dismantling of cooling fans from the transformers, its carriage to repair workshop & back after due rewinding. Replacement of defective ball bearings oiling, greasing etc and finally mounting of cooling fans on the transformers with proper electrical connection for satisfactory running as per details given below: 2 40 MVA T/F- I and II at 220 KV Substation Gonda. 3 Overhauling & servicing of 3 phase, 440 volt, O.5 HP capacity cooling fans of power transformers. The work includes dismantling of the cooling fan from the transformers its carriage to repair workshop & back after due replacement of defective ball bearing, oiling, greasing etc and finally mounting of the coolng fans on the transformers with proper electrical connection for satisfactory running as per details given below: 4 40 MVA T/F- I and II at 220 KV Substation Gonda 5 200MVA T/F-I&IIat 220KV SubstationGonda. 6 Replacement of damaged rubber gaskets and glass 6 mm thick in the door of marshalling boxes of transformers by providing & fixing of rubber gaskets of same size for making its dust & vermin proof & glass. 7 For 200 MVA T/F-I at 220KV SubstationGonda. 8 Providing & Fixing of 3 phase, 440 volt, 0.5 HP heavy duty capacity cooling fans ISI standard like Crompton/Bajaj/GE make suitable for power transformers 9 For 40MVA TF-I at 220kV S/S Gonda-04nos 10 Providing & Fixing of 415 volt AC 10Amp 4 pole Power contactor alongwith auxiliary contact (as per smple-L&T make) including proper electrical connection as per drawing for satisfactory automated running of cooling fans as per details given below: 11 40MVA T/F-IAT 220KV SS Gonda 12 200MVA T/F-IAT 220KV SS Gonda 13 P&F of thermal O/L Relay (as per smple) including proper electrical connection as per drawing for satisfactory automated running of cooling fans as per details given below: 14 40MVA T/F-IAT 220KV SS Gonda
