The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle On A 4 X 4 Chassis (Container Structure) And With A Water And Foam System For The Volunteer Fire Department In Tursk Mały. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Brand New And Unused. 3. Hardware Requirements And Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Attach To The Offer A Completed Attachment Description Of The Subject Of The Order Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature. Failure To Attach The Above-Mentioned Description Or Failure To Demonstrate That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets All The Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 5. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland, Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007, On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002 As Amended). 6. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming That These Materials And Devices Correspond To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials. By Providing The Names Of The Products, The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Technical Parameters, Functional And Quality Features (Including Dimensions, Composition, Material Used, Color, Shade, Purpose Of The Devices, Aesthetics, Etc.) That Equivalent Materials Should Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements. . 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104–107 Of The Public Procurement Law. This Circumstance Should Be Proven In The Offer. 9. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Specific Standards, Approvals Or Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For The Development Of
