The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A License Subscription For The Cisco Unified Communications Manager System Owned By The General Directorate Of State Forests, Together With The Manufacturers Technical Support Service (Maintenance) For A Period Of 12 Months. A Detailed List Of Licenses Is Provided In Table No. 1; 2) Providing A License Subscription For The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express System Owned By The General Directorate Of State Forests, Along With The Manufacturers Technical Support Service (Maintenance) For A Period Of 12 Months. A Detailed List Of Licenses Is Provided In Table No. 2; 3) Providing The Contractors Support Service For The Cisco Unified Communications Manager System For A Period Of 12 Months. 4) Provision Of The Contractors Support Service For The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express System For A Period Of 12 Months. 5) As Part Of The Optional Order, Providing 12 Months Of Contractors Support For Ucm And Uccx System Administrators. For A Maximum Of 60 Man-Hours. The Service Is Provided By Telephone And E-Mail, In Polish, From Monday To Friday From 08:00 To 16:00. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
