The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential Properties Located In The Kłomnice Commune For The Year 2025/2026, I.E.:  From Residential Properties, Including Collection Of Large-Size Waste From Outside The Property,  From The Selective Point Municipal Waste Collection, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Collection Of Municipal Waste Ordered By The Ordering Party Together With Waste From Another Municipality Or With Any Other Waste. A) The Ordering Party Informs That When Collecting And Managing Waste That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Given Quantities Are The Minimum Quantities That Should Be Valued In The Offer, I.E. - Minimum Order Value For Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: 1250 (T).  Minimum Order Value For Separated Waste: 2,550 (T). B) If The Amount Of Waste Is Greater Than Specified In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right And May Increase The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order To The Maximum Value Calculated Below, Provided, However, That This Is A Right That May Be Exercised Depending On The Need, But It Doesnt Have To Be.  Maximum Order Value For Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste 20%: 1,500.00 (T)  Maximum Order Value For Segregated Waste 20%: 3,060 (T) C) The Ordering Party Informs That The Law Applies To The Collection And Management Of Waste That Is The Subject Of The Order. Options (Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law). This Means That The Given Quantities Are Minimum Values ​​That Should Be Valued In The Price Offer (Both The Number Of Inhabitants And The Amount Of Waste Are Minimum Values, Which Are Guaranteed To Be Realized During The Duration Of The Subject Of The Contract). If The Amount Of Waste Is Greater Than Specified In The Price Form, The Ordering Party Has The Option To Increase The Subject Of The Order To The Maximum Value, However, With The Proviso That This Is His Right, Which He May Or May Not Use, Depending On His Needs. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Collection Of Municipal Waste Ordered By The Ordering Party Together With Waste From Another Commune Or With Any Other Waste. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Listed In Point 3 Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). All Other Information Is Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz Deposit 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure His Offer With A Deposit In The Amount Of: Pln 25,000.00 Gross 2. The Deposit Is Paid Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Is Kept Continuously Until The Expiry Of The Offer Validity Period , Except For The Cases Referred To In Art. 98 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3.
