Engineering Design Services For Mechanical And Electrical Installations For Buildings – Lower Saxony State Criminal Police Office, Improvement Of Accommodation, Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment - Hkls. The Hanover State Construction Management Intends To Award The Following System Groups For Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment (Lph (5) 6-9) For The Expansion Of The Lower Saxony State Criminal Police Office, Am Waterlooplatz 11 In 30169 Hanover: - System Group 1 (Wastewater, Water And Gas Systems) - System Group 2 (Heat Supply Systems) - System Group 3 (Air Conditioning Systems) - System Group 7 (Usage-Specific Systems And Process Engineering Systems) - System Group 8 (Building And System Automation) The Subject Of The Order Is An Extensive Overall Package Of Construction Management Activities And Planning Services. The Lka Lower Saxony Is Currently Housed At Various Locations In Hanover And Is To Be Centered At The Am Waterlooplatz Location In The Long Term. To This End, The Following Sub-Projects Are To Be Implemented In A First Step: 1. Upgrading Of Component C (Divided Into Construction Phases 1-5) 2. New Construction Of Component G (Criminal Technology Institute (Kti)) 3. Infrastructure Of The Entire Property So Far, All Services Of The Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment Have Been Carried Out By One General Planner Provided. The Contractual Relationship Is Currently Being Dissolved. The Contractual Relationship Is Scheduled To Terminate At The End Of 2024. Until Then, The Following Services Will Be Provided By The General Planner, Based On Current Knowledge: 1. Component C - System Groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 - Lph 1-4 Completely - Lph 5 In Parts - Lph 6 Completely - Lph 7 In Parts - Lph 8 Construction Phase 1 Completely 2. Component G (Kti) - System Groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 - Lph 1-4 Completely - Lph 5 In Parts - Lph 6 In Parts 3. Infrastructure Overall Property The System Groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 Are Not Part Of The Sub-Measure. The Subject Of The Order Is The Following Services In The Service Profile Of Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment: 1. Component C - System Groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8: - Lph 5: Basic Services Letter E. From The 2Nd Construction Phase (Ba) (See Appendix To §6 - Specific Performance Obligations), Services Under Letter F. From The 3Rd Ba, Special Services According To Appendix To §6 In The Event Of Further Necessary Planning Services/Changes, Commissioning Of Additional Ones If Necessary Credit Points Of Lph 5 - Lph 7: Basic Achievements Letter B. (See Appendix To §6 - Specific Performance Obligations) - Lph 8 From Construction Phase 2 - Lph 9 From Construction Phase 1 2.
