Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Schönwalde Primary School Site (School, Sports Hall, Bus Turning Loop, Sports And Outdoor Facilities): Heat Supply Systems. The Heat Is Supplied Using Two Brine-Water Heat Pumps, Each With An Output Of Approx. 130 Kw. These Each Feed A Heating Buffer Storage Tank, From Which Various Consumers Are Supplied. A Primary School And A Sports Hall Need To Be Supplied With Heat. All Areas Receive Underfloor Heating. This Means That An Area Of Approx. 7,000 M² Is Covered. In Addition, A Central Hot Water Preparation System For The Kitchen In The Elementary School Must Be Supplied With Heat. The Six Air Conditioning Systems Are Also Fed From The Central Heat Supply. A Total Of Around 1,900 M Of Stainless Steel Pipes Have To Be Laid For The Heating Network. Maintenance Services Are Part Of The Tender (Duration 4 Years).
