The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Management Services And Small Construction Waste In The City Of Hlohovec, Including No. Šulekovo, Until 31.12.2025. Under The Management Of Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Ko) And Small Construction Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso) In The City Of Hlohovec, Including M. No. Šulekovo (Hereinafter Referred To As The City) Means The Provision Of Services In The Following Breakdown: 1. Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Msw), From The Originators Of This Waste In The City (Natural Persons, Legal Persons And Natural Persons Authorized To Do Business - Entrepreneurs), With The Following: 1.1. Collection Of Weee From Classic Collection Containers And Containers, 1.2. Collection Of Weee From Semi-Underground Containers, 1.3. Collection Of Zko From The Sorted Collection Of Ko According To § 59 Par. 9 Of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. On Waste, 1.4. Collection Of Zko From Occasional Events Organized By The City. 2. Collection Of Kitchen Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Kbro) From Natural Persons, 3. Collection Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Brko) From Gardens Of Natural Persons (Family Houses, Small Apartment Buildings And Apartment Buildings With Gardens Privately Owned By Natural Persons Persons), 4. Collection Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Hereafter Bro) From Public Greenery, 5. Operation Of 2 Collection Yards, 6. Seasonal Collection Of Biodegradable Waste From Gardens (Clippings), Separately Collected Components Of Municipal Waste From Households Containing Hazardous Substances (Hazardous Waste) And Bulky Waste, 7. Collection Of Municipal Waste From Cemeteries, 8. Removal Of Illegally Placed Solid Waste And Dso (So-Called Black Dumps) From Public Spaces In The Cadastral Territory Of The City, Based On The Request Of The City And Waste Collected By The Companys Public Welfare Workers, Which Ensures The Management Of Public Greenery. The System Of Dealing With Ko And Dso Is Established In The Valid General Binding Regulation Of The City Of Hlohovec On The Handling Of Ko And Dso, As Amended, Which Are Available On The Citys Website. The Public Contracting Authority Requires The Applicant To Comply With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management According To § 6 Of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. On Waste And On Amendments And Additions To Certain Laws As Amended (Hereinafter Waste Law). A Detailed Description Of The Contract Is Given In The Tender Documents.
