Fire-Detection Systems – Revitalization Of The Electric Fire Alarm System And Completion Of The Existing Installation Of An Automatic Powder Fire Extinguishing System And An Access Card System In The Prague Castle Collectors. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Contractors Commitment To Perform Work For The Client, Which Consists In The Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Of Technological Equipment, Elements And Cabling In Connection With The Revitalization Of The Complex Electrical Fire Alarm System (Eps) And The Completion Of The Installation Of Existing Elements Of The Automatic Powder Fire Extinguishing System (Aphs) And Access Card System (Acs). Commissioning Of All Installed Technological Devices And Elements Will Only Be Local To The Extent Of Connection To Existing Or Newly Delivered Control Centers Or Units And Their Programming According To The Specific Requirements Of The Client. Their Subsequent Integration Into The Existing Add-On Control Systems Is Not Required By The Contracting Authority And Thus Is Not Part Of The Scope Of This Public Contract. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Project Documentation, Which Is Processed In The Regime Of Classified Information (Ui) At The Level Of Confidential In Accordance With Act No. 412/2005 Coll., On The Protection Of Classified Information And Security Capability, As Amended (Zoui). Project Documentation Is Stored At The Security Department Of The Office Of The President Of The Republic (Ob Kpr). In Addition To The Project Documentation, A List Of Works And A Fire Safety Solution For These Collectors From 2019 Is Also Prepared. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Preparation Of A Detailed Project (Documentation) Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction On Geodetic Plans Of The Collectors And Tunnels Of The Prague Castle Provided By The Contracting Authority. Last But Not Least, The Scope Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Also Includes Warranty Service, Which Must Include At Least: Repairs O In The Event Of Repair Of A Defect During The Warranty Period, The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Carry Out The Repair Of The Emergency Defect Within 12 Hours Of Notification By The Contracting Authority And This Repair To Be Carried Out Within 48 Hours At The Latest, Unless Otherwise Agreed In The Given Case. O In The Case Of Repair Of A Defect During The Warranty Period, The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Carry Out The Repair Of A Common Defect Within 24 Hours Of Notification By The Client And To Carry Out This Repair Within 60 Hours At The Latest, Unless Otherwise Agreed In The Given Case. O Any Defects In The Work That Will Be Applied For The Duration Of The Warranty Period Will Be Removed By The Selected Supplier At Its Own Expense (Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Period Includes All Costs Associated With The Removal Of The Warranty Defect, Such As Transportation, Spare Parts, Etc.) Within The Above-Mentioned Deadlines. Maintenance And Checks O The Selected Supplier Will Carry Out Regular Reviews, Preventive Inspections, Maintenance And Checks Of The Functionality Of Systems And Equipment Within The Scope Of The Requirements And Recommendations Of Individual Manufacturers And In Accordance With The Relevant Applicable Legislation And Relevant Applicable Technical Standards.
