The Tender Includes The Dismantling Of The Outdoor Facilities And Seven Existing Buildings. Tangent Bored Pile Walls And Anchored Support Pile Walls Are Required To Construct The Excavation Pit. There Are Also Plans To Permanently Secure A Retaining Wall On The East Side Using Shotcrete Nailing. The Earthworks, Including The Disposal Of Materials From Contaminated Soils, Must Be Carried Out Up To The Planned Handover Points. In Addition, An Explosive Ordnance Clearance Measurement Of The Shoring And Excavation Areas Must Be Carried Out.
