Engineering Design Services – New Hs Dingolfing Campus Building. The Planned Construction Site Is Close To The Center Of The Town Of Dingolfing, West Of The Auenweg In The Direction Of The Isar. There Are Currently Buildings And Allotment Areas On The Building Plot (Flnr. 1225, 1225/46, 1225/45 And 1225/44) With A Total Area Of Around 11,000 M². The Existing Buildings And Allotment Gardens Will Be Removed Or Relocated By The City Of Dingolfing Before Construction Of The New Building Planned Here Begins. Document U1 “Extract From Property Map” Shows The Relevant Property Area. At The Same Time, The City Of Dingolfing Examines The Condition Of The Soil In Terms Of Soil Quality And Suitability For Construction. The Soil Investigation, Planning And Construction Management Measures For These Demolition And Disposal Measures As Well As Land-Use Planning Are Not The Subject Of This Award. According To Current Assumptions, The Campus Building To Be Planned Should Be Classified As Follows: (1) Lecture Halls And Seminar Rooms With A Total Usable Area Of Around 900 M². (2) Office And Meeting Rooms As Well As Assigned Ancillary Rooms Including Technology With A Total Usable Area Of Around 800 M². (3) Kitchen And Cafeteria Area Including Lounge With A Usable Area Of Around 240 M². (4) Traffic Areas And Other Technical Functional Rooms With An Assumed Usable Area Of Around 950 M². Total Usable Space Of Differentiated Quality: 2,890 M². In Addition To The Outdoor Facilities And Open Spaces, Sufficient Parking Spaces In The Project Area Will Also Be Required And Planned. According To A Rough Assumption, The Following Cost Structure Is Assumed For The Project To Be Planned In Accordance With Din 276 (Amounts Without Vat), Whereby Land (Kgr. 100) And Financing (Kgr. 800) Are Not Included: Kgr 200 With € 1,264,900 ( Here Also Including The Citys Preparatory Measures) - Kgr 300 With € 9,912,000 - Kgr 400 With € 2,647,400 - Kgr 500 With € 880,000 - Kgr 600 (Still Without Specific Facilities) With € 253,400 - Kgr 700 With € 2,950. 000. Estimated Total Value (Kgr. 200 To 700) Of The Project Then Rounded: Net € 17,907,700 And Therefore Gross € 21,310,163. Dates And Process: Start Of Planning And Project: February 2025 - Start Of Construction For Building Construction (After Demolition On Site): February 2026 - Completion For Lecture Availability: August 2027, Completion Later In 2028.
