RISK ASSESSMENT AND WORK METHOD STATEMENT TO BE S UBMITTED.3.COMPLETE DISMANTLEMENT OF THE PUMP.4. INSPECTION OF ALL PARTS OF THE PUMP.5.IF ANY MACHINING IS REQUIRED, MACHINING AND R ECTIFICATION IS IN THEVENDOR#S SCOPE.6. ALL MAJOR SPARES SUCH AS BEARINGS, IMPELLER, MECHANICAL SEAL/PACKINGETC. FOR RE-ASSEMBLY WIL L NOT BE PROVIDED BY DEWA.7. REASSEMBLY OF THE PUMP8. FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK TEST TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUMP.9. INSTALLATION, ALIGN MENT & COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES.10. AL LIFTING TOOLS AND TACKLES REQUIRED FOR LIFTING SHALL BE BROUGHTBY THE VENDOR. IN ADDITION TO THAT, ALL LIFTING EQUIPMENT SHOULD HAVE AVALID CERTIFICATE. LIFTING WORK STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
