Basin Directorate For Water Management, Danube Region With Center In Pleven, Issues Permit No. 12170427/21.10.2013 For The Use Of A Surface Water Body, Which Authorizes The Use Of A Water Body Salashka Bara And Ravines, With The Aim Construction Of New Systems And Facilities - Reconstruction Of Bridges, Construction Of Retaining Walls And Culverts Along The Route Of The Road In The Section From Km 46+684 To Km 50+075.5. The Technical Project For Road Iii-1102 Archar - Izvor - Dimovo - Ostrokaptsi - Kladorub - Salash From Km 45+000 To Km 50+075,52 Has Been Approved And The Construction Permit No. 8 Of 10.07.2014 Has Been Issued For The Site . By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Belogradchik, Certified By The Rdnsk Of Vidin, Entered Into Force On 30.07.2014 And Recertified On 09.05.2024 By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Belogradchik. The Construction Of The Site Started On 08/04/2014, According To The Compiled Protocol No. 2A For The Opening Of A Construction Site And For Determining The Construction Line And Level, But The Implementation Of The Construction Contract No. Rd-33-8 Of 07/04/2014. Was Suspended From 17.07.2015 With An Act For Establishing The State Of Construction Upon Suspension Of Construction /Act - Sample 10/ Due To Lack Of Financing For The Site. Construction And Construction Supervision Contracts Have Been Terminated With Additional Agreements With Public Procurement Contractors. The Construction Of The Object Will Be Resumed After The Drafting And Signing Of Act No. 11 For The Establishment
