Load-Bearing Structure Design Services – Renovation And Expansion Of Markt Höchberg Town Hall - Structural Planning Services In Accordance With §§ 49 Ff. Hoai. The Höchberg Market Is Planning To Renovate And Expand Its Town Hall, Including Attic Conversion And Converting The Existing Garage Into A Citizens Office. On The Individual Floors, The Renovation Involves Internal Restructuring Of The Administrative Departments And, If Necessary, Room Relocations And Resulting Conversions Within The Floors. In Addition, An Extension Is To Be Built That Will Provide A Multifunctional Room For Council And Committee Meetings, A Wedding Room And Generally The Opportunity For Smaller Events. An Existing Kitchen In The Staff Room In The Town Hall Adjoining The New Building Will Be Used To Supply The Multifunctional Room. This Must Be Reorganized As Part Of The Measure To Create A Suitable Connection To The New Building. As Part Of The Renovation Of The Historic Town Hall, Accessibility And Energy-Saving Renovation Also Need To Be Addressed. However, The Barrier-Free Access, If Necessary, In The Outdoor Areas And The Access Routes To The Buildings Are Already Planned And Built In This First Construction Phase. The Renovation And Expansion Of The Town Hall Will Be Carried Out In Sections During Ongoing Operations.
