Rewag Kg Intends To Implement A New Personnel Management System (Pms). The Subject Of The Order Are Services (Consulting Services) And Software Licenses, Preferably As A Saas Or Cloud Solution, To Replace The Existing Sap Hr Software Solution. The Human Resources Focus Is On The Processes Of Electronic Personnel Files, Hr Service Processes, Travel Expense Accounting, Hr Reporting And Analysis Including Data Migration. In Addition, The Widely Varying Areas Of Responsibility Must Be Adequately Represented In The New Hr Software Due To The Structure Of The Corporate Group And The Resulting Special Features. This Not Only Affects The Different Tariff Structures (Tvöd, Tvaöd, Tv-V, Tv-N), But Also The Over 100 Working Time And Shift Models (Including For Pools, Arenas, Parking Garages, On-Call And On-Call Operations, Early And Late Shifts, Etc. ).
