The Service Concession Contract Will Include: --> A Basic Offer Which Will Concern: - The Operation Of Cafeterias-Flower Gift Shops, Vending Machines, Proposals For New Services For The Four Establishments Of The Ght De Lartois; - Providing The Operation And Maintenance Of Televisions And Television Networks For The Bethune-Beuvry Ch And The Lens Ch; - Installation/Maintenance Of Televisions For Ch De La Bassee; --> A Pse (Possible Additional Service): Provision, Operation, And Maintenance Of Televisions And Television Network For The Ch Dhenin Beaumont Excluding Ehpad. The Contract Includes A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche For Ch Lens. The Duration Of The Contract Is 48 Months From 07/01/2025, Possibly Renewable 3 Times 12 Months. The Contract Includes An Obligation To Take Over Personnel. A Site Visit Is Obligatory
