The Funding Regulations Can Be Requested From The Clients Office Mentioned Under Section 8.1 And, If The Award Is Accepted, Are An Essential Part Of The Funding Contract. If The Application Is Accepted, Further Explanations May Be Required To Be Submitted To The Funding Provider. By Submitting An Offer, Each Bidder Undertakes To Submit This If The Bid Is Accepted, Unless It Has Already Been Submitted In The Selection Process. The Successful Tenderer Must Also Comply With All Standards Relevant To The Implementation Of The Measures (Including Tkg) And Other Relevant Regulations
