The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Zop And Its Implementation Starts After Sending A Letter Of Assignment (Confirmation Of Secured Financing), Which Can Be Sent Within 12 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract.
