Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Solina Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Are Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, And From The Owners Of The Following Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated: 1) Managed, Used Or Owned By Organizational And Budgetary Units Of The Solina Commune Including The Solina Commune Office, And In Particular: A) Schools And Kindergartens For Which The Solina Commune Is The Managing Body, B) Nurseries And Kindergartens For Which The Solina Commune Is The Managing Body, 2) Managed, Used, Owned Or Transferred To Property Of Legal Persons Of The Solina Commune, 3) All Uninhabited Real Estate Owned By The Solina Commune, In Particular Cemeteries, Green Areas, Playgrounds, 4) On Which A Summer House Is Located, And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Number Of Properties Expected To Be Collected And Municipal Waste Management During The Period Covered By The Order From Properties Covered By Waste Collection By The Commune Is Estimated At 1,094.06 Mg. The Amount Of Waste Expected To Be Collected And Managed During The Period Covered By The Order From Pszok Is Estimated At 125.53 Mg. The Contractors Tasks Will Also Include: Purchasing And Distributing Bags For Waste Collected Selectively, Preparing Municipal Waste Collection Schedules And Their Distribution, Monitoring The Correctness Of The Declared Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste By Property Owners, Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Reducing The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. Running A Telephone Customer Service Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pok) For The Duration Of The Contract, Providing At Least 1 Telephone Service Desk From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. On Working Days, Where Owners Of All Types Of Real Estate Located In The Solina Commune Will Have The Opportunity To Reporting Telephone Complaints. Emptying Bus And Street Bins. Organization And Equipment Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) By The Contractor. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz, Applicable Law And The Contract. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 1) The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A Declaration Of Not Being Subject To Exclusion And Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 2) The Declaration Referred To In Point 1), The Contractor Shall Submit On The European Single Procurement Document Form, Drawn Up In Accordance With The Standard Form Specified In Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2016/7 Of 5 January
