Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Nová Linecká District - Stage I., Center For Social Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Services And Construction Work Consisting In The Demolition Of Buildings, Reconstruction And New Construction Of A City Block Using The Design & Build Method. The City Block In Question Will Serve As A Center For Social Services. The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards Of The International Federation Of Consulting Engineers (Hereinafter Referred To As Fidic) Contractual Conditions For The Supply Of Technological Equipment And The Design And Construction Of Electrical And Mechanical-Technological Works And Civil And Engineering Structures Designed By The Contractor (Fidic Yellow Book). As Part Of The Performance Of This Public Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Ensure: A) The Development Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Construction (Or Other Necessary Stages Of Documentation) – Demolition, Reconstruction And New Construction Of A City Block, B) Own Implementation Of Construction Works And Technological Supplies, Including The Supply And Installation Of Interior Elements Firmly Connected To The Building And Construction Technical Preparations For The Supply Of Interior Elements Not Firmly Connected To The Building, All Within The Scope Specified In The Tender Documentation, C) Performing Authors Supervision During Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Building Act, D) Preparation Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of The Construction, E) Securing The Necessary Documents And Opinions Of The Relevant State Administration Bodies, Submitting An Application For Approval Of All Parts Of The Building, In Cooperation With The Construction Manager, Providing Cooperation During The Approval Procedure And Ensuring The Approval Of Building Modifications And Extensions Of The Existing City Block In České Budějovice.
