Parking Services – Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance Of Technical Equipment And Operation Of Parking Lots At The Auray Multimodal Exchange Hub. This Framework Agreement Relates In Particular Under The Firm Tranche To The Supply Of Equipment And Management Of The Pem Parking Works At Auray Station, Including Preventive And Curative Maintenance And, Under The Optional Tranche, The Holder Is Responsible For Throughout The Duration Of The Contract To Maintain, Operate And Manage The Installations And Works Made Available. The Market Is Divided Into A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche. The Contract Is Considered, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, As A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Executed In Part By Means Of The Issuance Of Purchase Orders To Of The Holder, As Needs Arise. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into: - A Firm Tranche At A Global And Fixed Price Relating To The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Technical Equipment For Parking Lots, As Detailed In The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price, Of A On The One Hand, And Relating To The Maintenance Of Technical Equipment In Parking Lots For A Period Of 48 Months, On The Other Hand. - An Optional Tranche 1 Relating To The Operation Of The Parking Lots Of The Auray Multimodal Exchange Hub For A Period Of 48 Months: *For The First Year Of Operation: The Fixed Part At A Global And Lump Sum Price Corresponds To The Evaluation Of The Services Relating To The Operation Of The Parking Lots Parking At The Auray Multimodal Exchange Hub, As It Results From The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price, Including Presence Time From Monday To Saturday As Described In The Cctp. *For The Second, Third And Fourth Years Of Operation: The Fixed Part At A Global And Flat-Rate Price Corresponds To The Evaluation Of The Services Relating To The Operation Of The Parking Lots Of The Auray Multimodal Exchange Hub, As Resulting From The Breakdown Of The Global And Flat-Rate Price. *For The 4 Years Of Operation: Part By Purchase Orders. Depending On The Needs, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Issue Purchase Orders Relating To Additional Needs In The Context Of Operations, As Detailed In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) - Purchase Order Section, And In Particular On Additional Presence Time On Site By Operating Personnel In The First Year And Presence Time On Site For Years 2, 3 And 4 Of Operation. The Services Of The Purchase Order Part Are Likely To Vary, Over The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Within The Following Limits: Minimum Amount: No Minimum Amount / Maximum Amount: 150,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
