The Objective Of The Proposed It System Is To Record, Coherently And On Time, The Data In The Health Registers And In The Digital Record Registers, Which Will Lead To Increased Transparency And The Development Of An Important Information And Operational Support Tool For Users. The Proposed It System Will Respect Both The Policies And Regulations Regarding Information Technology As Well As The Legislation In Force Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data, Interoperability Requirements And Other Normative Acts That Refer To Information Technology. The Specific Objectives Consist In Creating An Application For: - 4 National Disease Registries: The National Cancer Registry, The National Diabetes Registry, The National Registry Of Rare Diseases And The National Polytrauma Registry, Two Digital Evidence Registries Such As , Of A Web Portal That Will Ensure A Single Point Of Access For All Entities Involved In The Processes Of Entering, Modifying And Viewing The Data Recorded In The Previously Mentioned Registers - The Implementation Of A Security Services Management Module And A Module For Interoperability The Resulting Application Will Be Used By Providers Of Health Services, Will Collect Information From Multiple Types Of Users (Connecting Operational And Information Flows That Are Currently Used Separately) And Will Share The Same Software And Hardware Resources Integrated Into A Single Platform. The Realization Of The 4 Disease Registries, 2 Digital Registries And The Web Portal Will Consist Of The Development Of Software Applications That Take Into Account National And Business Legislative Changes According To The Requests Mentioned In The Terms Of Reference And/Or Identified Throughout The Project Period Together With The Beneficiary , In Parallel With The Implementation Of Measures Corresponding To The Increase In The Degree Of Availability And Security Of Information.
