The Service Must Be In Production Within 12 Months Of Signing The Contract. As A General Rule, The Subscriber Must Be Able To Take The Material To The Permanent Archive Himself. The Supplier Must Undertake To Take The Materials Of New Applications That Will Be Discontinued Separately Ordered By The Subscriber To The Archive. Material To Be Stored And Archived Long-Term Or Permanently Is Transferred To The Electronic Permanent Archive. If It Is A System That Ends Its Life Cycle Or A Possible Other Unusual Situation, The Material To Be Archived May Also Contain Material To Be Kept For Less Than Ten (10) Years.
