Overall Measure: The Bundeswehr Property Gneisenau Kaserne Is Located In 56076 Koblenz, At Alte Heerstrasse 149 And Is To Be Converted Into An Office Location To Cover The Need For Office Capacity By The Federal Office For Equipment, Information Technology And Use Of The Bundeswehr (Baainbw). The 47 Buildings On The Property (Built Between 1937 And 1988) Are Not Suitable For Long-Term Office Use And All Of The Propertys Supply And Disposal Lines Are In Need Of Replacement. The Planned Redesign Of The Property Will Be Carried Out In 4 Construction Phases, One After The Other, Whereby The Respective Unaffected Construction Phases Must Remain In Operation. 1St Construction Phase: The First Construction Phase Is Located In The West Of The Property And Is Intended To Cover The Infrastructure Needs Of Department I Of The Baainbw.
