The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Tailor-Made And Extensive Training And Further Education Program For The Implementation Of The Uniform Specialist Application Landscape That Is Being Developed For The Ögd In Baden-Württemberg, Which Is Being Developed By Hbsn Gmbh And Hosted By Komm.One. The Specialist Application Landscape Is Currently Being Piloted, And The Nationwide Rollout Is Planned For The Period From Early 2025 To Early 2026. The Training Program Consists In Particular Of Six Service Modules: 1) Change Management Training For Managers: With The Aim Of Enabling Managers To Effectively Lead Their Teams Through Digital Change And To Act As Change Managers; 2) Change Support Workshop Future Workshop: With The Aim Of Developing A Common Vision For The Digital Future Of The Health Authorities And Developing Practical Solutions; 3) Training/Advanced Training Specialist Application Modules: With The Aim Of Enabling Employees Of The Health Authorities To Learn And Safely Use The Specific Modules Of The Specialist Application; 4) In-Depth And Refresher Training: With The Aim Of Consolidating Application Skills Through Additional Training And Clarifying Open Questions; 5) Exchange Of Experiences: With The Aim Of Promoting A Structured Exchange Of Findings And Suggestions For Improvement In Specialist Applications; 6) Training For Application Support Employees: With The Aim Of Training Support Employees So That They Receive A Comprehensive Overview Of The Specialist Application And Can Correctly Assign Support Requests To The Respective Support Levels (First Level, Second Level, Etc.).
