The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services: A) In Domestic And Foreign Traffic By The Postal Operator In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Registered Items, The Confirmation Of Which Has The Force Of An Official Document Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, As Amended) - Hereinafter Referred To As The Postal Law, In Accordance With The Postal Law, Return Of Undelivered Parcels, And Collection And Collection Services Transport Of Parcels From The Sender To The Sending Facilities, B) In Domestic And Foreign Traffic By The Postal Operator In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivery Of Letter Items And Registered Items, For Which Confirmation Of Posting Does Not Have To Have The Force Of An Official Document Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of The Postal Law, In Accordance With This Act, Return Of Undelivered Parcels, And Services Of Collection And Transport Of Parcels From The Sender To The Sending Facilities Described In Volumes Ii And Iii Of The Swz. The Shipments Referred To In Point A) May Only Be Sent Via The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Postal Law
