Scope And Procedure The Contractor Shall Cut Trees And Clear Vegetation, 4M On Both Sides Of The Road For A Specified Area. Apply Herbicide For Control On The Cleared Area. All Equipment To Be Used And All Work To Be Performed Must Be In Full Compliance With Heath And Safety Standard Special Condition And Returnable Documents For Tree Cutting And Herbicide Control (Additional) 1. Bidder Must Submit A Letter Of Good Standing Relevant To The Nature Of The Job. 2. Bidder Must Submit Proof Of The Indemnity Insurance (Public Liability) R 500 000. 3.
