The Agreement Includes The Establishment Of A Construction Pit And Demolition At Ørsteds Plads, In Connection With The Construction Of A New Building For Nanolab 346A In The 3Rd Quadrant, Dtu Lyngby Campus. This Agreement Includes Deferred Works Relating To Ground Conditions, Demolition, Conversion And Preparation Of The Pit. The Immediate Area Of The Project Is Research And Laboratory Buildings, Which Means That There Is A Focus On Vibrations And Safety During The Establishment Period. The Current Construction Site Area Is Currently Used For A Car Park And Area For A Transformer Station. In The Grounds Are Existing Tunnels For Conduits For E.G. Electricity And District Heating. The Construction Site Area Is Taken Over By The Contractor With Underground Tunnels That Are Disconnected From Existing Buildings And Cleared Of Conduits. Existing Tunnels Must Be Demolished And Established Elsewhere. Existing Substation Must Be Removed. The Construction Pit Must Be Established With Secant Piles. During The Establishment Period, There Must Be A Focus On The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Site Over Tunnels, As Well As Consideration Of Surrounding Sensitivities
