It Is A Total Contract And The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Design Of The Site. Site: New Central Kitchen And School Canteen Building, Which Is Part Of The Current High School Building. The User Of The Central Kitchen Is Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy, Which Also Supplies Meal Services To Other Locations From This Preparation Kitchen That Is Being Built. The Dining Hall Will Be Used By Mäntyharju High School And The Students Of The Elementary School Nearby. The Building Will Be Located On The Municipalitys Plot, With Fixed Access To The High School. The Construction Site Is Currently Empty. More Detailed Definition Of The Premises In The Space Program And Room Cards. The Building Must Be Wooden, Which In This Object Means That - The Frame Of The Building Must Be Wooden From The Foundations Up. Also The Intermediate Floor Of The Possible Ventilation Machine Room On The 2Nd Floor- Exterior Walls Must Be Wooden Or Alternatively Clt Or Log Construction- Facades Must Be Wood-Surfaced- Inside, Wooden Surfaces And/Or Clt Elements Must Be Used In The Partition Walls Of The Dining Room Section And The Cabinet At Least In Accordance With The Specifications.
