The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Installation Of New Electrical Distribution, Backup Power Supply, Transmission Infrastructure, A New Control And Recording System And Another Supervisory Workplace. The Client Requests The Delivery Of A Camera System With Elements From One Manufacturer. These Elements Primarily Mean Newly Supplied Cameras, Control And Recording Software And Software For Intelligent Functions. The Reason For Establishing This Condition Is The Need To Ensure Full And Native Compatibility Between The Individual Components Of The Camera System, Functional Software And Firmware Upgrades, And The Need For A Unified Service For The Delivered Devices. At The Same Time, The New Camera System Must Enable The Full Integration Of Eight Selected Outdoor Camera Points Into The Existing Genetec Camera System Within The Municipal Camera Surveillance System (Mkds) Of The City Of Liberec. The Integration Of Outdoor Rotating And Fixed Cameras For The Needs Of The Liberec Municipal Police In The Framework Of Organizing Larger Events With The Participation Of The Public For Direct Supervision Of The Security Of Outdoor Areas Is Assumed. The Goal Of The Public Contract Is The Creation Of A Unified, Comprehensive, Digital System With Add-On Recording, Evaluation And Monitoring Software, Including The Function Of Intelligent Image Analysis. The Modernized Camera System Will Serve To Protect Property, People And Health By Using The Monitoring Of Spaces In Objects Of Interest (Indoor And Outdoor Spaces), To Monitor The Movement Of People, Identify Unwanted Activities And Increase The Safety Of Visitors When Organizing Larger Sports And Social Events. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Both The Delivery Of Equipment With The Required Technical Parameters And The Corresponding Sw Including Licenses To The Destination, As Well As Its Assembly And Installation, Commissioning, Provision Of A Functional Test For Connecting The Camera System To The Mkds, Demonstration Of Functionality And Operator Training. The Subject Also Includes The Processing Of The Documentation Of The Actual Execution, The Provision Of A Trial Operation Lasting 10 Days And The Provision Of Warranty Service Within The Parameters And For The Duration Of The Warranty Period Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Appendix No. 2 Of The Zp.
