A More Detailed Specification Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For The Content And Scope Of The Offer Is Given In Annex No. 3 - Minimum Technical Requirements. If The Technical Specification Contains Direct Or Indirect References To Certain Suppliers Or Products, Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin, The Contracting Authority Expressly Allows The Supplier To Offer An Equivalent Solution For These. The Maximum Possible Purchase Value For Each Individual Piece Must Not Exceed The Price Of Czk 33,057.90 Without Vat / 40,000.00 Including Vat.
