The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Emergency And Urgent Repairs Of The Roof Of The Building That Houses The Regional Center For Transfusion Hematology - Varna, Located In The City Of Varna, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. No. 100. The Building, In Which Is Housed In The Medical Center - Varna, Is Owned By The Ministry Of Health And Is Provided For The Free Use Of The Center. It Was Put Into Operation In 2001 And Since Then No Repair Work Has Been Carried Out, As A Result Of Atmospheric Conditions, The Usual Wear And Tear Of Materials, As Well As Leakage Of The Roof As A Result Of Intense Rainfall In 2024, It Is Necessary To Carry Out An Emergency And Immediate Repair Of The Roof Of The Building. The Planned Activities Are Current Repairs Within The Meaning Of §5, Item 43 Of The Dr Of Zut, For Which On The Basis Of Art. 151, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut Does Not Require The Issuance Of A Building Permit. The Purpose Of The Emergency And Urgent Repair Is To Bring The Roof Of The Building, Which Houses The Varna Medical Center, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Hcpc And Ordinance 9/2006 For The Approval Of The Medical Standard Transfusion Hematology.
