Tender For Construction Of Anganwadi Toilet At Muthalippatti In K.Muthalippatti Panchayat.; 1 Construction ofAnganwadi Toilet at Muthalippatti in K.Muthalippatti Panchayat 2 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete 3 Cement Concrete in 1 : 4:8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete 4 RCC 1: 1 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excludingcentering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixingfan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wh 5 Providing form work centering for soffits of slab of plan surface including shuttering 3m high using MS sheets of size 15 x 25 x 3 mm laid over w.joints of size 10 x 6.50 cm spaced 75mm c/c complying with standard specification 6 Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm includingcuring,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete. 7 Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete 8 Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 9 Plastering surfaces of RCC itemssuch as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete compl 10 Supply and fixing and position of MS doors with single leaf. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covere 11 Steel Door, 12 jolly 13 Supply and fixing indian type water closet including all cost and labour charges etc 14 Paving the floor with plain/design ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 200 mm x 200mmx6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cementas 15 Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete . 16 Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coatincluding the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors. 17 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package}(Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
