Repair Of Kerwaniya Bridge Khanua Nala At Bharthua Bhatani Bhingari Road - Construction sub grade with Materials Obtained from Borrow pit ( Corted Earth)Construction of embankment with apprved materials from Obtainedbarrowpits a lift upto 1.5 m transportingto site spreading grading to to required slop and compecting to meet requirment of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 meter as per specification Clause 301.5 and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with all lift& lead , transporting to site, spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-1.5(4). 2 Dismentaling, Remmovel of exsting damadge expention jiont and Instalation of New strip seal joint complete machine, materials and manpower 3 Sealing ofcracks / porous concrete by injection process through nipples / growting complete AS per technical specification 4 Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as pere approved drawing and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring complaince to the manufacture"s instructions for installation. 5 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (SOR 13.80) 6 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (two coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard) asian , berger(14.67.2) 7 Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 8 Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects. 9 Furnishing and placing reintforced cement concrement in super structure as per drawing and Technical Specifications. 10 Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days. Far Approach 11 Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations . 12 Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses. 13 Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810
