Work of pothole free asphalt road from Shani Mandir to Gurudwara in Ward No. 22 Indrapuri. - Collection and consolidation of WBM top coat with 22.4 -53mm gauge stone ballast including supply of stone ballast of approved quarry, royalty.carriage uplo site loading unloading stacking, testing charges, trade tax and other taxes, octroi levies to and also including opening out stacks spreading stone ballast to required cambor and template and making mendies to retain water and also all leads and lifts, water charges,watering and compacting with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled road roller, including all hire fuel charges of the roller and blinding with Type B screening materials required for propor completion of work. Including all material, labour, T&P, taxes, labour coss etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding GST (mord 405) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 3 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and rollers to achieve the desired compaction at per Mort&H Specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Mort&H Specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 5 Providing & laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The Finish surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as direction by Engineer-in-charge 6 Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of 804 (8) RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) Sugge or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro - reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name trade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged, get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.RPM (Without shank)RPM (With shank)(57).
