This Is To Be Put Into Operation In Parallel To The Existing Infrastructure In The Form Of An Ocit Center With A Connected Quality Assurance System (Qa System) That Supports The Open Communication Standards Ocit-O And Ocit-C. This Creates The Basis For The Migration Of All Existing Lsa To The New Lsa Headquarters As Well As The Gradual Conversion To The Manufacturer-Neutral Ocit-O Interface Between The Lsa Headquarters And Lsa In Hamburg. The New Lsa Central Control Is Designed For 2,000 Lsa. The Lsa Are Connected To The Network Via Copper Cable, Fiber Optic Or Radio. The Test System Is Intended To Offer The Full Range Of Functions As The Ocit Center Itself And Functionally Represents An Independent, Separate Copy Of The Ocit Center. The Area Of Application Of The Qs System Is Traffic And Operational Quality Assurance Of Traffic Signal Systems And, Where Relevant, Of Road-Side Systems. Units. The System Service Is Provided For The Ocit Headquarters And The Qs System. The Term Is 15 Years. An It Security Agreement Is Concluded.
