Construction Work – Renovation B-706. The Assignment Concerns The Implementation Of The Partial Renovation Of Building B-706 On The Brucargo Site Of Brussels Airport. Floors 4 To 7 Were Renovated In The Past And Are Used By Various Services. These Floors Will Remain In Use At All Times, Even During The Renovation Project. Customs Is Also Housed In B-706 And Their Services (24/7) Must Be Guaranteed At All Times. The Renovation Project Will Have To Be Carried Out In Phases To Guarantee This Continuity Of The Buildings Operation At All Times. The Current Occupancy Rate Of The Building And The Remaining Operational Of The Technical Installations Must Be Taken Into Account, Whereby The Contractor Must Respect The Phasing To Keep The Impact Of The Renovation As Low As Possible And To Guarantee The Continuity Of User Activity. More Specifically, The Renovation Includes (Not Exhaustive): 1) The Redesign Of Floors +2 And +3 In Shell Condition And The Complete Renovation, Including Dismantling Works, Of Floors Basement, 0 And +1, With Both Commercial Office Spaces And Housing For Customs And Fedpol; 2) The Integration Of Existing Technical Installations As Well As The Renewal Of Outdated Technologies In The Building (Including But Not Limited To: Technically Disconnecting The Building From The Central Boiler Room And Compensating For The Heating And Cooling Needs Through Local Production In A Sustainable Manner ; The Renewal Or Renovation Of The Hvac Installations; The Renewal Or Renovation Of The Sanitary Installations;...) 3) Restoring The Conformity Of The Building 4) The Covering Of The Outdoor Patio With A New Structure And Carpentry (Glass) To Create A Central Atrium In The Building 5) The Construction Of A New Elevator Core And Renovation Of The Vertical Circulation And Associated Locks In The Building 6) Renovation Of All Roofs Of The Building 7) Renovation Of The Facades Of Floors –1, +0 And +1 8) The Redesign Of The Outdoor Environment Of Building B-706 9) The Inspection Of And Any Adjustments To The Stability Of The Structure 10)...
