Load-Bearing Structure Design Services – Planning Services For Structural Planning - Additional New Building For The Helmholtz Institute For Pharmaceutical Research (Hipsii). The Helmholtz Center For Infection Research (Hzi) Aims To Build Additional New Buildings For The Helmholtz Institute For Pharmaceutical Research Saarland In Saarbrücken (Hips), Which Will Be Combined With An Existing Laboratory Building (0Th Construction Phase) And A First One That Is Already Under Construction. The Construction Phase Is Intended To Form An Overall Ensemble Of Future-Oriented Research And Laboratory Buildings. The New Building Program Includes Approximately 4,000 Square Meters Of Nuf, Which Is To Be Realized In Two Construction Phases (2Nd And 3Rd Construction Phases) And Will Create Space For Approximately 150 Research Jobs In This Life Sciences Area In An Innovative And At The Same Time Economical Form. The Focus Of Use Is On Chemical And Biological Laboratories. The New Building Is Intended To Promote Communication Between The Scientists Working Here Permanently And Temporarily And Also Provide A Contemporary Answer To The Self-Evident Goal Of Sustainable Construction. The New Construction Project Is To Be Carried Out In Several Construction Phases, Which Must Be Taken Into Account During Planning. The First Construction Phase, Which Is Currently Under Construction, Will Be Completed In 2025 And Is Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure. The Construction Costs For The 2Nd + 3Rd The Construction Phase Is Budgeted At €39.5 Million, Including €18.2 Million For The Kg 300 And €21.3 Million For The Kg400. An Economic Draft Is Expected. The Realization Of The Construction Project Is Subject To Funding From The Federal Ministry Of Education And Research And The State Of Saarland. The Aim Is To Realize The 2Nd And 3Rd Construction Phases At The Same Time; The 4Th Construction Phase (Also Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure) Is Intended To Define The Construction Reserve. Planning And Implementation Should Begin Immediately After The Order Has Been Placed. Duration Of Execution Lph 1-4: 140 Kt. Lph1-6 Total 240 Kt. The Construction Project Is Scheduled To Be Completed By Mid-2029. Within This Process, The Planning Service For Structural Planning Lph1-6 Should Be Awarded. As A Result Of The Negotiation Process, Lph 1-4 Will Initially Be Commissioned. According To Rbbau, Further Service Phases Will Be Commissioned In Stages. The Client Selects Those Service Providers Who Have Taken Part In The Vgv Process And Who, With Their Information On The Required Evidence And Formalities, Meet The Minimum Economic And Technical Requirements Of The 1St Stage - Participation Competition/Selection Phase. A Maximum Of 5 Offices/Working Groups That Meet The Minimum Requirements As Best As Possible Will Be Admitted To Participate In The 2Nd Stage - Award Phase. If There Is No Clear Ranking For A Maximum Of 5 Best-Placed Applicants After The 1St Stage, In Case Of Doubt The Decision Will Be Made By Drawing Lots Between The Participants. Multiple Applications To Applicant Groups Will Result In Exclusion. A Maximum Of 5 Offices/Applicant Groups Will Be Asked To Submit A Fee Offer Within One Presentation
