Building Extension Work - Extension Conversion Of A Nursing Home. Brief Summary Of The Works: In The Framework Of The Project, The Former Kindergarten Under 4. Posta Köz, Százhalombatta Will Be Converted And Expanded Into A Nursing Home. The Location Is Located In The City Center, Close To The Main Square. The Realized Facility Will Accommodate 50 People, Which, Together With The Necessary Service Areas, Will Be Realized In A Planned Usable Area Of 1,942 M2. The Existing Building To Be Converted Approx. It Has A Floor Area Of 800 M2, Which, After The Transformation And Expansion, Becomes A Building Aimed At The Development Of Targeted Needs. On The Barrier-Free Ground Floor, There Are 22 Room Units (Hallway, Bathroom, Room), 18 Two-Bed And 4 Three-Bed Units; In Addition, A Warming Kitchen, Community Spaces, A Funeral Room And An Isolation Room Will Be Created. Office, Staff And Operation-Related Spaces Will Be Created In The Attic Of The Existing Building. A Green Roof (471 M2) Will Be Created On The New Part Of The Building. The Connection Between The Two Levels Will Also Be Ensured By A Newly Built Passenger Lift. During The Investment, The Subsequent Waterproofing Of The Existing Building Must Be Prepared, The Partial Reinforcement Of The Existing Foundation And Slab Sections, As Necessary, The Complete Replacement Of The Existing Floor Plates, And The Complete Replacement Of The Existing Wooden Roof Structure Will Become Necessary.
