This Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 200,000 Euros Excluding Tax. It Is Implemented In Accordance With Articles L. 2124-2 And R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. Condition Of Execution: The Response Time, In The Event Of An Emergency Or Weather Alert, Must Not Exceed A Duration Of More Than Two Hours To Intervene In The Field. Prices Are Firm And Subject To Annual Review In The Event Of Renewal. No Financial Guarantee Clause Will Be Applied. An Advance May Be Paid Under The Conditions Indicated In The Ccap (Option B Of The Ccag-Fcs).
