Engineering Design Services – Allianz Siemensbahn - Award Package 1 (Planning). The Siemensbahn Alliance Measure Is Implemented As A Rail Partnership Model. The Alliance Partners Are Selected In 5 Staggered Award Procedures In The Following Award Packages: > Award Package 1 Planning (Here), > Award Package 2 Kib New Construction, > Award Package 3 Kib Repair, > Award Package 4 Rectifier Substations, > Award Package 5 Traffic Systems. As Part Of The General Planning Services (Award Package 1), The Planning Partner Coordinates The Involvement Of The Construction Partners And Their Expertise In The Planning Activities As Part Of An Integrated Planning Phase. The Planner Is Therefore Responsible For The Integral, Cross-Trade Planning And Has The Coordinating/Controlling Leadership In The Planning Phase. During The Construction Phase (Optional), The Planning Partner Is Also Responsible For The Control And Quality Assurance Of The Implementation By The Construction Partners Of The Joint Planning Underlying The Target Cost Agreement In Accordance With Requirements, Planning And Approval. The Planning Partner Also Works Towards Constant Optimization Of The Planning During The Construction Phase And Actively Supports And Advises The Construction Partners On Planning Issues. The Content Of The Award Package 1 In Question Here Is The Following Services: Specialist Planning • Implementation Planning Of All Trades, Except Components Guw & Ola • Environmental Planning • Building Planning (Pa 1.2 And Pa 1.3) • Creation Of Service Descriptions And Lists Of Services Based On The Implementation Planning Special Services • Logistics Planning Including Demolition And Disposal • Construction Phase Planning / Construction Status Planning • Closure Break Requirement (Including Registration) • Sound And Vibration During Construction • Traffic Management Planning • Escape Routes & Fire Protection Concept • Coordination On Monument Protection • Visualization/Simulation Of The Planning • Artistic Accompaniment Westhafen Subway Access (Only Pa Westhafen) ***** In Accordance With The Agreed Ipa Contracts And Concepts For The Alliance Model, The Summary Of All Necessary Planning Services Provided In A Planning Package. The Planning Procurement Package Is Responsible For Creating The Overall Planning Of The Project. The Other Award Packages Are Also Involved. At Siemensbahn, The Planning Of The Rectifier Substations And Overhead Power Systems Is Excluded, As These Are Taken Over By The Other Very Specific Procurement Packages.
