Health Services – Framework Agreement For Medical Support, Return Management. The State Office For Immigration And Refugees In Schleswig-Holstein (Lazuf), As The Higher State Authority, Is An Integral Part Of The Schleswig-Holstein Immigration Administration. It Is, Among Other Things, Is Responsible For The Organizational Preparation Of The Deportation Of Persons Who Are Legally Obliged To Leave The Country And Supports The Immigration Authorities Of The Districts And Independent Cities As Well As The Administrative Offices Of The State Office Itself In The Fulfillment Of These Tasks, In Particular In The Organization And Implementation Of The Specific Terminations Of Residence (Departures). If The Maximum Value Is Reached, The Contract Ends Automatically Before The End Of The Intended Contract Term. There Is No Obligation To Make A Minimum Purchase And Billing Is Based On The Services Actually Provided.
