The Asphalt Emulsion Tank Will Serve As A Reservoir For C60 Or C65 Asphalt Emulsion And Is Not Subject To The Adr Regulation. Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes Putting The Supply Into Operation And Demonstrating The Functionality At The Place Of Performance. Furthermore, Training Of The Contractors Staff To A Sufficient Extent For Safe Operation And Basic Maintenance. At Least 2 Persons Of The Contracting Authority Will Be Trained, An Appropriate Record Will Be Made Of The Training And Its Scope, Including A List Of Names With Signatures Of The Participants.
