Protective Gear – Individually Molded Ear Protectors. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Delivery Of Individually Molded Hearing Protectors To The Defense Forces In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Hearing Protectors Will Be Used By Military Signalmen Or Other Personnel (E.G. Tank Trainers, - Drivers, Aeronautical Personnel, Military Police). Based On The Competition, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded Between The Defense Forces And The Selected Supplier. The Contract Period From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Is 3 Years. The Contract Includes A 2-Year Option. The Option Must Be Redeemed At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Terms Of The Contract Are Not Negotiable. The Amount Presented In The Request For Quotation Is A Non-Binding Estimate Of The Need For The Contract Period, Which May Be Exceeded Or Undercut. However, The Excess Can Be A Maximum Of 20% During The Contract Period. A Possible Overrun Is Treated As An Additional Procurement Reservation. Hearing Protectors Must Meet The General Requirements (Type-Approved In Accordance With En 352-2) And, In Addition, The Requirements According To The Purpose Of Use (Military Players-Group Or Other Users-Group).
