If, As A Result Of The Design, A Saving Of Space Results, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request An Increase In The Installed Capacity Of The Photovoltaic Park, Within The Limit Of 15% Of The Contract Value, And The Tenderer Has The Obligation To Undertake All The Necessary Legal Steps For Carrying Out The Request Of The Contracting Authority. If, As A Result Of The Design, A Surface Economy Results, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request An Increase In The Installed Capacity Of The Photovoltaic Park, Within The Limit Of 15% Of The Contract Value, And The Tenderer Is Obliged To Take All The Necessary Legal Steps To Lead To Fulfillment Of The Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Term Of The Contract: 15 Months, Of Which 3 Months Design And 12 Months Execution, But No Later Than 30.09.2026.
