The Object Of Purchase Is The Purchase Of A New Waste Compactor (Hereinafter - Compactor And/Or Product), Including Technical Service (Hereinafter - Services). 2. Place Of Delivery Of The Compactor – Jurgeliškių Village. 9, Šiauliai District (Šiauliai Region Non-Hazardous Waste Dump). 3. The Term Of The Contract Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Term Of Delivery Of The Product Is No Longer Than 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 4. Payment Term - No Longer Than 1 Month From The Date Of Delivery Of The Product And Acceptance Of The Product - Signing Of The Transfer Deed, Including Fulfillment Of Points 10-14 Of The Tender Conditions In Annex 1 Technical Specification. 5. The Warranty Period Of The Compactor Is Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Product - Signing Of The Transfer Deed. 6. Technical Service Period - 30 Months, Counting From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Product - Signing Of The Transfer Deed. The Preliminary Number Of Moto Hours Of The Compactor During This Period Is 4500 Moto Hours (1800 Moto Hours Per Year). Technical Service Is Provided At The Address Specified In Point 2 Of This Technical Specification. If It Is Not Possible To Provide Technical Service At The Place Of Operation Of The Equipment, After Coordination With The Buyer, The Supplier, At His Own Expense, Delivers The Compactor To The Repair Shop And, After Providing The Services, Returns It To The Buyer.
