Repair And Maintenance Services Of Machinery – Service Maintenance Of The Fan Station At The Kościuszko Shaft In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. Subject Of The Order. 1 The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision To The Ordering Party, Against Payment, Of Maintenance Services For The Fan Station At The Kościuszko Shaft In The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services), Aimed At Keeping The Fans In Operation And Ensuring Their Proper Functioning, Which Is Understood As Maintaining Their Working Capacity, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. 2 The Equipment To Be Serviced (Hereinafter Referred To As The Fan Station) Includes The Following Devices: 1) Dal16-1100 Axial Fans From Korfmann Lufttechnik Gmbh - Two Pieces, 2) Control And Measurement Equipment - Two Independent Systems, 3) System Power Supply With Acs1 And Acs2 Frequency Converters, Control And Monitoring Of Operating Parameters, 4) Auxiliary Devices - Two Sets Of Ventilation Dampers With X-Matik Valve Drives, 5) Visualization System, Local And Remote Control System At The Dispatcher, Telephone Connection System. 3. The Provision Of Maintenance Services Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Fan Station Equipment, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract. 4. Repair Of Fan Station Devices Should Be Performed By Replacing Damaged Parts Or Components With Brand New Ones, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical And Operational Documentation Of Individual Fan Station Devices. 5. Service And Maintenance Inspections Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Maintained Operating Documentation For The Devices. The Schedule Containing The Distribution Of Individual Inspections At Monthly Intervals Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Contract. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Periodic Service And Maintenance Inspections Of The Fan Station Devices Is Specified In The Technical And Operational Documentation Of Individual Devices, Which Is The Basis For Determining The Full Scope Of Inspections And Inspections. A List Of The Most Important Service Activities For Each Device Is Included In Annex 4 To The Contract.
