The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of The Service Titled: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The City Of Dęblin, Organization, Equipment And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From Pszok. In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Dęblin, As Well As Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Implementing Regulations To These Acts, The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And Current Resolutions Of The Dęblin City Council On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Dęblin And The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners In Exchange For A Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner, 2) Equipping Residential Properties: A) In Single-Family Buildings With Bags: - Green With The Inscription Szkło, Intended For Glass Waste, Including Glass Packaging Waste; - Blue With The Inscription Paper, Intended For Paper, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste; - Yellow With The Inscription Metals And Plastics, Intended For Metal Waste, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; B) In Multi-Family Buildings In Containers: - Blue With The Inscription Paper For The Waste Fraction Which Includes Paper Waste, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste; - Green Color With The Inscription Glass For The Waste Fraction Consisting Of Glass Waste, Including Glass Packaging Waste; - Yellow With The Inscription Metals And Plastics For Waste Fractions Consisting Of Metal Waste, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Plastic Waste, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; - Brown Color With The Inscription Bio For Bio-Waste. 3) Organizing And Running Pszok For At Least Three Days A Week, I.E.
